Michael J. Davis, CPA, CGMA

Michael has been in public accounting since 1974, is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Voted best Accountant/CPA in Bucks County for 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2005, 2004 and 2003 by the readers of the Intelligencer. As a speaker and trainer Mike has given seminars in several forums including Lorman Education, the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Jamison Business Association and conducts QuickBooks training seminars on a regular basis.

Michael was been elected as the President of the BuxMont Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals from Jul;y 2018 through June 2021 and is a Director on the chapter and state boards.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP).

Donna M. Wilder, CPA, CFE

Donna is a shareholer in Michael J. Davis, P.C.  Donna has been in public accounting since 1997 and has developed diverse knowledge of the service, non-profit, construction, real estate, wholesale and distribution, and manufacturing industries.  She is a certified public accountant licensed in both Pennsylvania and Nevada, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Prior to joining the accounting profession, Donna worked for over 5 years as an actuary in both Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University.  She acquired her accounting knowledge at both Bucks County Community College and Temple University.  In addition, Donna completed the certificate program at LaSalle University in Fraud and Forensic Accounting.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP).  In her spare time, Donna plays clarinet with the Southampton Community Band and is the Organization’s Treasurer.
